Packages are priced per person. No hidden set up or travel fees. We do add 15% gratuity and NH food tax of 8.5%. For smoker onsite I need space for my large smoker. You supply the tents if the buffet station will not be inside. Buffet line is self serve. Buffet line stays out for two hours max time before breakdown.

If you choose the food truck experience I need room for a 20ft trailer and truck to get in and out without problem. Two hours of window service max unless we agree otherwise. Some condiments are self serve outside the truck. 

Drop off program is I set up and leave. Have tables ready for me where you would like the food and I bring the rest. I supply the paper plates, napkins, utensils, wire racks, sterno cans and serving utensils. This is the best option for wanting food out for a long period of time.

Pick up everything from my homebase in Merrimack NH. This comes with everything you need to set up a buffet.

* The 603 taco bar - Comes with pulled pork, taco ground beef and brisket + a taco bar that includes cheese, salsa, guacamole, hot sauce, jalapenos, sauté onions and peppers + flour tortillas. Your choice of two sides:

* The grilled and smoked feast - Pick two smoked meats + gilled marinated steak tips and italian sausage with onions and peppers. Your choice of two sides:  onsite $36.00  drop off $32.00  pick up $30.00

* The BBQ King - Pick two smoked meats + grilled marinated steak tips and grilled marinated chicken. Your choice of two sides: onsite $36.00  drop off $32.00 pick up $30.00

* The meat platter - Brisket, maple ribs, pulled pork, honey BBQ pork belly burnt ends. A ton of smoked meats with your choice of two sides.  A feast!

Meats: Brisket, pulled pork, maple glaze ribs, honey BBQ pork belly burnt ends, italian sausage with onion & peppers, grilled marinated chicken.

Sides: Potato egg salad, coleslaw, pineapple slaw, pesto pasta salad, BBQ beans, macaroni & cheese.

​*SMASH BURGER & FRIES PARTY

Smash burger & hand cut fries. Also comes with two homemade sides from above for $24 per person. All the toppings included. Add Italian sausage with pepper & onions for $28 per person. This is onsite only and out of the food trailer.

*TACO PARTY

Tacos make with pulled pork, brisket and taco ground beef. Three tacos per person with pineapple coleslaw and BBQ beans. Tacos topped with onion, cilantro and guacamole. This also comes with chips and salsa for $24 per person. This is onsite only and out of the food trailer.
